3. If the Operator performs correction, etc., based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph or makes a decision not to perform correction, etc., the Operator will promptly notify the user of such actions.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use, etc., of Personal Information)

1. If an individual requests the Operator to suspend or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") the use of their personal information due to reasons such as handling beyond the scope of the intended purpose or acquisition by fraudulent means, the Operator will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.
2. Based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, if it is determined that there is a need to respond to the request, the Operator will promptly suspend the use, etc., of the relevant personal information.
3. If the Operator suspends the use, etc., based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph or makes a decision not to suspend the use, etc., the Operator will promptly notify the user of such actions.
4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if it is difficult to incur significant expenses for the suspension of use, etc., or if it is otherwise difficult to suspend the use, etc., and there are alternative measures that need to be taken to protect the rights and interests of the user, the Operator will take such alternative measures.
