About Account Registration
You can register an account for free from the CycleRecX app. For more detail, please see "How to create an account" in the "User Guide for CycleRecX App".
About Login
You can log in from here if you already have an account and have completed email address verification.
If you cannot login
If you see a message saying "Your email address has not been verified", you need to verify your email address according to the instructions in the email confirmation notification sent at the time of registration.If you need to verify your email address again, please do so from the "Email Address Verification" below.
If you forgot your Password
If you have forgotten your password, please issue a new one from the "Reissue Password" link below.Please note that you cannot reissue the password for accounts where the email address has not been verified.
About Features after Logging in
After creating an account, you can check and edit records and change registered account information.
Checking and Publish Records
You can check monthly driving records. From the " Edit / Delete" button on the Record Details screen, you can edit information such as the name of the record and notes. You can also publish the record, but please do not publish any records from which your personal information can be inferred, such as your place of residence, workplace, and places frequently visited, as contents containing your location information will be published.
Bicycle List
You can register the bicycles you own. By registering the bicycle, you can register the bicycle you used in the driving record.
Account Setting
You can check and edit account information, such as your nickname.
Connected Device
The information of the Android and iOS devices you use with your account is displayed. If there is a device you do not remember, your login information may be leaking so please change your password.
Deleting Account Registration
To completely delete your account information, Please follow the procedure from the "Deleting your account" in the Account Setting page. Please note that we cannot recover information after deleting the account.

About Account
An account to use in common with the CycleRecX App and the web.
How to create an Account
Create an account from the app. Tap "Connect Account" from the Main Menu and then tap "Create a new account". After entering the email address, password, and nickname, press "Send" to send a confirmation email to the entered email address. Please verify your email address according to its contents. Please note that accounts that have not been email verified cannot log into the website and use all functions.
Logging into the Account
If you already have an account or wish to continue to use it across device change, you can recover your records, etc. by logging in.
Setting Menu
You can check and set account information if logged in and set record time and record playback settings. You can set it according to your preference and receiving environment of the GPS signal of your device.
Setting for Record Screen
Setting Distance Unit Switch to ON if you want to use miles instead of kilometers.
Effective Moving Distance If the moving distance from the previous point when receiving GPS signal is shorter than the value set here, that location information is ignored. By default, it is set to 5m.
Effective Accuracy If the error accuracy when receiving GPS signal is more than the value set here, that location information is ignored. By default, it is set to 20m.
Auto Pause If no effective location information is received for more seconds than set here, speed is set to 0km/h and auto pause is done.
Location Tracking If you turn it on, your position is tracked to always be in the center of the map on the record screen.
Auto Rotation If you turn it on, the map rotates so that your heading is always up on the record screen.
Setting for Record Check Screen
Omission display of route When turned ON, the Route displays abbreviated on the record check screen. If the route cannot be played or displayed well due to device specification issues, etc., please turn it ON.
Camera Mode You can select the camera setup during record playback from "No specification", "Tracking mode", and "Drone mode".
Playback Speed You can set the playback speed of the record.
Account
Logout Logs out from the app.
For accounts that have not completed email address verification, logging out will result in automatic deletion of the account information as re-login is not possible.
Email Address Check Checks if the account email address is correct. No need to take any actions if it's confirmed.
